IE.. Digging yourself out will only cause more physical ailments and problems with your spouse and children. I've seen people get into bad health situations, and they are helpless to continue to pay their bills. That's where bankruptcy has a time and a place. I've also heard of people declaring bankruptcy for convenience. That shows lack of character, and is not good. IMO.. the only time bankruptcy is good is when you’re deeply in debt and your health and family are suffering because of it. IE..
