The whole idea seems quite daunting and settling on a specific type of mortgage is a huge decision. I have been looking at <a href="http://mortgages.firstactive.co.uk/first-time-buyer-mortgages/" rel="nofollow">First Active first time buyer mortgages</a> as they have a good reputation and the calculation i got suprised me. I can ACTUALLY afford the monthly repayments. :) Any thoughts? I am interested in finding out more about first time buyer mortgages.
