Great advice.
In my eyes there are 3 ways to do property development.
1) buy property and do it up yourself giving maximum profit but most work
2 ) buy property but hire builders to do up your houses giving you some control and a manager job role, but less profit. However you can turn over more houses in this way
3) Pay someone to do all the work, i.e invest. There are several companies such as investment property north east who will buy, do up and sell everything and all you do is invest.. This is minimum work and less profit but all you need is money
