					<description>Both bankruptcy and foreclosure are disastrous situations. I agree to the post that if the terms of loans are modified it can help the homeowners to a great extent. There may be many reasons as to why a homeowner is not able to repay...considering these the banks should look upon to reform the terms and conditions.</description>
